  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked; then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and chives.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with extra chives and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
