  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil and add the minced garlic and ginger.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and let it simmer until cooked through.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and garlic overnight.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
