  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, heat a little oil and sear the marinated chicken until caramelised.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  5. Serve the chicken in the broth over a bed of rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
