2 pounds baby potatoes
1 pound smoked sausage
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a large bowl.
Slice the smoked sausage and add it to the bowl with the potatoes.
Add ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Toss everything together until the potatoes and sausage are well coated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
