  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 taco-sized tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink.
  4. For the slaw, mix cabbage, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and cilantro in a bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in tortillas and serve.
