- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
