12 hard-boiled eggs
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, black peppercorns, and mustard seeds; bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar and salt.
Place hard-boiled eggs in a large jar and pour the hot brine over them.
