  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, and cream cheese over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken broth and mix until the cream cheese is melted.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and ranch seasoning, letting it melt into the sauce.
  5. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  6. Season with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon if preferred.
