1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 cup strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
1 package ladyfinger cookies
1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and pumpkin spice. Whip until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, mix brewed coffee with coffee liqueur.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, then layer them in a dish.
Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
For best results, make the tiramisu a day ahead.
You can adjust the level of pumpkin spice to your taste.
