1 cup bread crumbs
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, ranch seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Prepare three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for the bread crumb mixture.
Dip each mushroom in flour, then in eggs, and finally in the bread crumb mixture.
Place the coated mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
