  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
