  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and chopped chives.
  4. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with additional chives if desired and serve.
