These Easy Cranberry Turkey Sliders with Hawaiian Rolls are a delightful festive treat perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over the bottom halves.
  4. Layer turkey slices on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  6. Add arugula on top of the cranberry sauce.
  7. Spread Dijon mustard on the top halves of the rolls and place them on top of the arugula.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.
