A simple and delicious recipe for an easy one pot creamy tomato pasta with turkey bacon and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add pasta, diced tomatoes, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and enough water to cook the pasta.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook according to pasta package instructions.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cooked turkey bacon until spinach wilts.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
  • You can add additional vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
