A delicious and healthy take on classic garlic parmesan chicken pasta that is quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts and chicken is heated through.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
