A delicious twist on classic pickled eggs with turkey bacon.

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the garlic cloves and turkey bacon to the mixture, then remove from heat.
  4. Place the eggs in a jar and pour the hot mixture over the eggs.
  5. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
