  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture on half of the rectangles.
  5. Top with another rectangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool, then mix powdered sugar with milk for glaze and drizzle over the pop tarts.
