- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then slice and serve.
