Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool, then slice and serve.
