8 ounces feta cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper if needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
