Quinoa Apple Salad: A Fruity, Fresh & Flavor-Packed Favorite

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa and water; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool.
  5. In a bowl, mix quinoa, apple, raisins, walnuts, and parsley.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
