  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken with the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. Place the chicken on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the pitas in the oven for a couple of minutes.
  7. Assemble the pitas with mixed greens, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight.
  • Feel free to add other veggies to the sheet pan.
