- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken with the spice mixture until well coated.
- Place the chicken on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the pitas in the oven for a couple of minutes.
