Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool.
  4. Peel the eggs and place them in a container.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.
  6. Pour the mixture over the eggs and let them marinate for at least 2 hours.
