- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and cube them.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions to the bowl, then mix gently.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
