A rich and creamy steakhouse potato salad made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and cube them.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions to the bowl, then mix gently.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped dill pickles.
  • Can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
