  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
